My journey in behavioral health began in 2008, when I was introduced to the field by a mentor who recognized my passion for helping others. I started as a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) within a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services program, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based care can have on individuals and families. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and clinical excellence.
I later joined one of the leading names in the industry providing Behavioral Health Services, where I served as a Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager. In these leadership roles, I provided clinical oversight, guided program development, and led staff training initiatives to strengthen service delivery and professional growth. These formative experiences shaped my leadership philosophy and reinforced my dedication to building high-performing teams focused on quality outcomes and meaningful client progress.
Driven by a vision for continued growth and excellence, I pursued advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology, completing the program in May 2022. In January 2024, I earned my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, a milestone that further solidified my commitment to clinical integrity, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
Throughout my career, the voices of the clients, families, and professionals I have served have remained my greatest source of inspiration. Their trust and resilience continue to remind me that our work extends beyond treatment, it is about empowering individuals, strengthening families, and creating pathways for lasting success.
With this vision, I founded our ABA practice. Today, we are proud to be guided by a team of seasoned and highly experienced Behavior Analysts who share a unified commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and compassionate care. Together, we strive to set the standard in behavioral health by delivering individualized, data-driven services that produce meaningful and lasting outcomes.
